PROPORSI DAN REPRESENTASI PEREMPUAN DALAM MAINSTREAM FILM PEREMPUAN
Abstract
Abstrak
Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa proporsi perempuan dibandingkan dengan laki-laki dalam pembuatan film (khususnya sutradara film laki-laki) terbukti berpengaruh secara siknifikan terhadap representasi perempuan. Seberapa positif perempuan direpresentasikan di dalam teks film tergantung pada seberapa besar proporsi perempuan dalam pembuatan film. Walaupun demikian kajian ini masih lagi menunjukkan dominasi laki-laki dalam pembuatan film, termasuk juga di dalam film- film yang dibuat oleh pembuat film perempuan.
