ANALISIS FRAMING BERITA KELOMPOK/PARTAI PENDUKUNG DUA PASANG CAPRES-CAWAPRES PADA PILPRES 2014 DALAM SURAT KABAR MEDIA INDONESIA DAN SURAT KABAR SINDO

A b s t r a k

 

Penelitian ini menelaah mengenai bagaimana dua surat kabar nasional Media Indonesia dan Seputar

Indonesia „Sindo‟ membuat framing dalam berita-berita tentang dua pasang capres-cawapres pada Pilpres

2014, khususnya dalam pemberitaan menyangkut individu/kelompok/partai pendukung kedua pasang

kandidat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kualitatif dengan paradigma konstruktivisme dan metode analisis framing. Hasil penelitian membuktikan ada faktor tertentu yang menyebabkan kedua surat kabar tersebut menjadi media pendukung salah satu kandidat pasangan capres-cawapres. Kata kunci: framing, partai pendukung, pilpres 2014.

This research examines how two national newspapper Media Indonesia and Seputar Indonesia ’Sindo’ made framing about The Two Pairs of President-Vice President Candidates activities during campaign period, June 4 – July 5, 2014. especially the news which regarding the individual/community/party support issues. This research used qualitative approach, the constructivism paradigm, framing analysis methods to prove that there are some factors cause the two national newspapper become partisan media of each candidate.
