TINGKAT LITERASI MEDIA TELEVISI PADA IBU-IBU RUMAH TANGGA DI KELURAHAN MERUYUNG, DEPOK

Abstract
The purpose of this study is: to find out the level of knowledge and understanding of the television Media Literacy in the mother-homemaker RW 04 kelurahan Meruyung, Depok. This research was carried out in Meruyung Village, RW 04 city of Depok. As for the population of this research is the mother-homemaker in RW 04 Meruyung Village, depok, consisting of 4 RT and carried out random sampling of 10% of the total population. The research was conducted using Survey research methods with quantitative approach. The data was successfully collected subsequently presented in tabular and frequency will be described qualitatively by using data of the observations made during the research. The results showed that the level of media literacy in mothers PKK RW 04 Meruyung shows there are on the level of being. Keywords: knowledge, understanding, media literacy
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman Literasi Media televisi pada ibu-ibu rumah tangga RW 04 kelurahan Meruyung, Depok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RW 04 Kelurahan Meruyung, kota Depok. Adapun populasi penelitian ini adalah ibu-ibu rumah tangga di RW 04 Kelurahan Meruyung, kota depok yang terdiri dari 4 RT dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara random sebesar 10% dari jumlah populasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian Survey dengan pendekatan kwantitatif. Data yang berhasil dikumpulkan selanjutnya disajikan dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi dan akan dideskripsikan secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan data hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan selama penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi media pada ibu-ibu PKK RW 04 Meruyung menunjukkan ada pada tingkatan sedang. Kata kunci: pengetahuan, pemahaman, literasi media
